The Blanket Exercise is an interactive experience that explores the shared history of Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada, from pre-contact through colonization and resistance.

Through storytelling and participation, it encourages reflection, deepens understanding and empathy, and invites participants to take meaningful steps toward right relationship.
