Mino Bimaadiziwin Mishkiki Gamik

The Mino Bimaadiziwin Mishkiki Gamik Program assists young adults in their transition from high-school to adulthood. Through practical and emotional support young adults are empowered to pursue education, job training and meaningful employment.

Ages: 19-24
Cost: Free

Core components:

  • Career planning and the creation of an education/employment plan

  • Assistance registering for college, university, or a job training program

  • Support applying for post-secondary funding

  • Bi-weekly opportunity to gain support from tutors

  • Help creating resumes, preparing for interviews

Benefits:

  • Accountability for goals

  • Adult support

  • Monthly social events to connect with peers and build healthy friendships

This support is prioritized for youth who have accessed Inner Hope’s housing and Boundless programs.
